Masterkool places a lot of emphasis on after-sales services in order to satisfy our consumers which is in accordance with our policy and standard of services
Masterkool runs its business with customer information management system—CIMS). Complete information for each of the customers is always available for efficient services. All problems are recorded, followed up and rectified – plus reports of results for the customers. The company retains an engineering team plus technical staff totaling +30 whose duties are to render advises and after-sales services on the following:
Policy & Standard of Services
- Masterkool maintains to be an organization where customers are of utmost importance. Customer’s experience in dealing with Masterkool must be impressive and memorable.
- Products and services from Masterkool are in accordance with universal accepted standards, must satisfy customers and maintain continuous development to meet customer’s requirements and expectations
- Masterkool’s products are warranted and serviced free of charge for a period of 1 year from date of purchase as per details of each item of product
- There will be regular maintenance schedules for each product. This is automatically pre-noticed by CIMS system
- In case of any problems, Masterkool will replace similar items for use during the period needed for repairs.

- Call After-Sale Service Center at Bangkok Head Office at 0-2953-9700 Monday – Saturday 08.30 hours – 17.30 hours except official holidays or get in touch with dealer where product/s were purchased.
- Mention problem/s for servicing staff to record into CIMS Getting in touch with Customer Relations Department
- Masterkool’s staff will ask for additional details and make appointment for servicing. In case customer is not satisfied, contact Customer Relation Department at 0-2953-8800 or fill in all details in “Form For Complaints/Opinions” which will then be forwarded to Customer Relation Department.
- Opinions or Advices will be looked after and replied, and will be brought to deal with as part of Masterkool’s Improvement and Development as set in the Policy.
